The top is knit from the top down with raglan increases on the yoke, worked at first flat back and forth, before the work is connected in the middle of the front and knitted in the round. Increases are knitted along the neckline to create a pretty v-neck, as well as on the arms for a more roomy fit.
The body is knitted with decreases to create a fitted silhouette, before increases are worked to create the peplum skirt.
The peplum skirt is knitted using short rows on the back to ensure extra length.
Folded edges are knitted on both arms and on the body as the finishing.

The top is designed to be fitted, and has a negative ease of approximately -5 to 0 cm. Measure your own bust and find the right size based on this. The bust circumference provided above is the garment’s finished measurement, and is designed to fit a bust measurement of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm.

Gauge:
22 stitches and 27 rows on 4mm needles = 10×10 cm
Needles:
Circular needles 4mm and 3.5 mm (40 and 80 or 100 cm). Optional small circular needles or double pointed needles for the arms and the arm’s folded edges.
These needle sizes are just a guide. If you knit with the wrong gauge, you can adjust the needle size up or down.
Yarn required:
300 (350) 350 (400) 400 (450) 500 grams of Dale Lerke (115m/50g), or equivalent yarn. If you choose a different yarn than that in the pattern, make sure to check the yarn length.
